- Your request would be completed in 3 working days after the receipt of your completed form. Remember that the form will take 2-7 days to reach our processing centre, depending on the postal service you are using.
- For service request form, which is not complete in terms of documentation requirements and other mandatories, customer is required to send the duly completed form again.
