You can provide or update your preferred email ID by sending an SMS* to 561615 from your mobile number that is registered with us..Banking Relationships: Send the SMS in the following format: UPDATE <email ID> <customer ID>.
For instance, if your email ID is abc@xyz.com and the last four digits of your customer ID are 1234 then you need to type - UPDATE abc@xyz.com 1234 - and send it as an SMS to 561615.
Credit Card Relationships: Send the SMS in the following format: ESTMT <email ID> <last four digits of your credit card number>.
For instance, if your email ID is abc@xyz.com and the last four digits of your credit card number are 1234 then you need to type - ESTMT abc@xyz.com 1234 - and send it as an SMS to 561615.
