Golden Peacock Award for Risk Management

IPB India has won the coveted Golden Peacock Award for Risk Management for the second time. The award was presented at a virtual ceremony on August 17, in the presence of distinguished business leaders and delegates from across the globe.

Organised annually by the Institute of Directors for over thirty years, the Golden Peacock Awards are among India’s most prestigious accolades for corporate excellence. Each application is evaluated at three levels by independent assessors, and finally by a jury of eminent industry leaders. This rigorous assessment process, framed by carefully defined, transparent selection criteria, gives the Golden Peacock Award its credibility and cachet.  

Winning the Risk Management award for the second time is the mark of a truly engaged organisation, committed to excellence at every level. It recognises IPB India’s endeavour to refine its processes and controls, which continue to set the industry benchmark. Their superb performance over the past year was capped by a compelling award submission, with support from the Divisional Control Office team, which helped clinch the prize. The award also boosts the bank's brand in India, particularly as winners are entitled to use the Golden Peacock logo on all their communications for a year.


The Global Customer Engagement Award for Successful Use of Technology - MyBank India Mobile app

IPB’s MyBank India mobile app has won the Gold at the 9th Global Customer Engagement Awards, in the category of Mobile Banking (Successful Use of Technology). The Global Customer Engagement Awards are organised annually by the Asian Customer Engagement Forum (ACEF), a pan-Asian body with an advisory board drawn from some of the world’s leading brand, marketing and creative agencies.

Nearly 500 entries are received annually from across Asia. In the mobile banking category, IPB India beat strong submissions from 35 leading brands across India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Singapore and the UAE to win this prestigious award.

Since its launch in 2017, the MyBank India app has gone from strength to strength. Today, it offers over 70 features, across banking, transactions and investments. With a seamless interface for private and commercial clients alike, it’s fast, convenient and highly customisable.

The Global Customer Engagement Award for data-led strategy - Fixed Deposit

The Global Customer Engagement Forum and Awards is credited to be one of the finest events in the Branding, Marketing and CSR categories. Its list of noteworthy Advisory and Jury Members only proves its credibility further.

Deutsche Bank won the Gold prize for its Fixed Deposit (data-led strategy) campaign after competing with over 450 entries from India, Srilanka, Iran, Singapore, Bangladesh and UAE. The prestigious award was presented by the Asian Customer Engagement Forum (ACEF) and recognised the Bank’s effective, innovative and refreshing use of digital marketing platforms to engage with and motivate target audiences in the preceding year.

Masters of Modern Marketing (mCube) Award for the best online marketing campaign for Fixed Deposit

Deutsche Bank won its third Gold for the best online marketing campaign for Fixed Deposit, receiving the apex testimonial of marketing prowess in the form of the coveted mCube Award.

The Decade Award for Search Marketing of the Decade for Fixed Deposit Campaign

The Decade Awards 2020 is a special edition program held by Inkspell Media. It recognises the outstanding work done in the domains of media, advertising, and technology and presents an analysis of the defining milestones in the last ten years along with the roadmap, projections and trends for the next decade. Deutsche Bank’s search marketing campaign competed against 23 entries and won the Gold Prize of the decade for its fixed deposit campaign.

The Decade Award for Mobile App Innovation of the Decade - MyBank India Mobile Bank

The Decade Awards is also a great platform for professionals and entrepreneurs to position themselves as thought-leaders in the market by speaking as Juror on the panel. The eclectic mix of over 400 attendees, comprising the leadership, senior and mid-level officials from the leading brands and agencies, witnessed the Deutsche Bank My Bank Mobile App win the Decade Award for innovation. The app was recognised as a defining milestone in the last ten years.

Frost & Sullivan Award for Smart Products and Solutions - MyBank India Mobile app

Frost & Sullivan’s Best Practices Awards provide an ideal opportunity to celebrate the companies inspired by visionary growth, innovation and leadership. The Award is a national platform that evaluates projects fairly and recognises the team effort that helped enhanced business values across various functions in an organisation. Based on the evaluation by the distinguished Jury and the unanimity of the executive committee, Deutsche Bank’s ‘Mobile App to enhance customer experience’ project was deemed as the winner in the ‘Smart Products and Solutions in Service Sector’ category.


Red Dot Award

Our mobile app, MyBank India, has won the prestigious Red Dot Award: Communication Design 2018 for its User Interface and User Experience. The Red Dot has established itself internationally as the most sought-after seal of quality and a symbol of excellence. Designers, agencies and companies from 45 countries were in the fray this year, and a 24-strong global jury was convened to rigorously evaluate over 8,600 entries, from which the winners were chosen.

MyBank India has more than 70 features in a fast and clutter-free interface for its users. The modern and intuitive app has won acclaim from clients and juries alike, including the recent CSO100 award for application security.

CSO100 Award for Mobile Banking Apps Security Feature

The CSO100 Awards is an International platform that acknowledges the growing importance of organization's data and information security. CSO100 Award 2018 received hundreds of application which were reviewed and assessed at 3 different levels by independent assessors and finally handpicked by an eminent grand jury. The award ceremony was presented at the 2nd Annual CSO100 Symposium & Awards Ceremony held at the Vivanta by Taj, Surajkund, NCR on 21st June, 2018

The Golden Peacock National Award is given for excellence in risk management. Winners are chosen from over a hundred entries, across a range of sectors, by a jury of eminent industry leaders. The awards ceremony took place on December 14, 2017, at the InterContinental Hotel Singapore, during the 2nd Global Convention on Corporate Ethics and Risk Management organized by the Institute of Directors (India).

The Frost & Sullivan Awards recognize operational excellence across the corporate sector, and are also chosen by a distinguished jury of industry experts. The award was presented at a glittering ceremony on December 13, 2017 at the ITC Maratha, Mumbai.

CMO Asia National Award for Best Digital Search Marketing Campaign

Our Fixed Deposit campaign was adjudged the Best Digital Search Marketing Campaign at the CMO Asia National Award for Excellence in Digital Marketing, India's premier gathering of marketing professionals, advertisers, retailers and creative heads. The award was presented on 6th July, 2017 at the Taj Land's End, Mumbai.
