Eligibility

All Deutsche Bank Debit Card holders are eligible to avail the mobile top-up facility.

Follow simple steps below to recharge your pre-paid mobile at Deutsche Bank ATMs:

  • Check the balance talk time available on your prepaid mobile card.
  • Insert your Deutsche Bank Debit Card in the ATM and enter your ATM PIN.
  • Select ‘More Transactions’ from the main menu.
  • Select ‘Instant Mobile Recharge’ from the More Transactions menu.
  • Select the option ‘Recharge’ from the Instant Mobile Recharge menu.
  • Enter your prepaid mobile phone number and select ‘Submit’.
  • Enter the recharge amount you want. This amount would including taxes and mobile operator charges, if any

You will get a confirmation on the ATM screen once your mobile recharge has been completed successfully and prompted to check your balance talk time available.

Note: It is advisable to retain the transaction slip as proof of your transaction.

Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) System for ATM Payments

ODR system is an Online Dispute Resolution mechanism that has a system-driven, rule-based, and user-friendly approach for resolving customer ATM disputes online, with zero or minimal manual intervention. Deutsche Bank has integrated ODR system for customer convenience. Customers can use this portal to raise  dispute done at NFS ATMs.
