MyBank India is a mobile banking app based solution that helps you access your bank account anywhere, anytime. It is a convenient and secure way to access your account related information, funds transfer, make bill payments, instant payments via BHIM UPI, book and foreclose deposits etc.

• MyBank India is available for all, individual and non-individual customers of Deutsche Bank
• Customers having active Login ID / password on db OnlineBanking can use MyBank India
• Customer having internet / Wi-Fi connection on mobile handset can use MyBank India

You can download the Deutsche Bank mobile app from app store on your device. (Apple App Store / Google Play Store). Name of the Deutsche Bank Mobile Banking App in the app stores is 'MyBank India'.

Deutsche Bank Mobile Banking App is supported on iOS version 13.0 and above and android version 7 and above.

You can login to app by using your db OnlineBanking Login ID and password.

Only active db OnlineBanking users can use MyBank India. You can activate your MyBank access using Forgot password facility (Generate IPIN Instantly).

Yes, you can login to the app provide your db OnlineBanking Login ID / password are active.

• Tap on the MyBank India icon in your mobile phone
• Tap on the 'Login'
• Enter your db OnlineBanking Login ID / password
  

MyBank India App supports touch ID / fingerprint based login feature

• Android devices support Fingerprint based login
• iPhone 8 and below support touch ID based login
  
• iPhone X and above support face ID based login
  

• To register for touch ID, the first criteria is the finger print should be registered in device, if not please register the finger print in device
• Launch the application
• Enter Login ID and password of your db OnlineBanking, select 'Enable finger print authentication' option
• Accept terms and conditions
• You will be successfully logged into the application and registration is complete

Face ID / Touch ID / Fingerprint based login enables biometric access to MyBank India for all fingerprints and face ID enabled on the device. We recommend you to disable fingerprint of any other person on the device.

Post registration, launch the application and use the registered finger in the device for login.

Launch the application, you will get option to login with Face ID / Touch ID / Fingerprint. Tap on cancel and you will get the option to login without using Face ID / Touch ID / Fingerprint. You will be navigated to the landing screen of login, where user can login using the credentials.

Launch the application, you will get the option to login with Face ID / Touch ID / Fingerprint.. Tap on cancel, you will get the option to 'Deregister’. Using the registered finger/face for authentication you will be successfully deregistered for Face ID / Touch ID / Fingerprint.

Yes. Please follow the below steps:

• Launch the application, you will get the option to login with touch ID / fingerprint. Tap on cancel, you will get the option to ‘Deregister’. Using the registered finger for authentication you will be successfully deregister for touch ID / fingerprint
• Register once again for touch ID / fingerprint based login using new login credentials
  

In account summary page you can view your accounts, deposits, investments and demat in graphical / list form.

All active accounts will be displayed in summary page.

• Login into the application and navigate to the account summary page
• Tap on accounts tab
• Tap on the account for which you want to view the mini statement
  

• Login into the application and navigate to the account summary page
• Tap on accounts tab and tap on desired account
• Tap on full statement tab
• You can view statement for last one week, last 15 days, last 1 month, last 2 months, last 3 months, last 6 months and 1 Year
• You can view statement basis date range and maximum date range allowed is 366 days

• Own account transfers
• Third Party Account transfers to Deutsche Bank account
• NEFT / RTGS transfers to accounts non Deutsche Bank account
  

• Login into the app
• Tap on Transfers icon
• Select 'Within Deutsche Bank' option and select own accounts
• Enter the details and tap on Transfer
• Verify the details entered and enter transaction password
• Tap on submit to complete the transaction
  

• Register the Deutsche Bank account to which you want to transfer under ‘Within Deutsche Bank’ beneficiary
• In case you have already registered, follow the below steps
• Login into the 'MyBank India' app
• Tap on 'Transfers' icon
• Tap on 'Within Deutsche Bank' and Select 'Third Party Accounts'
• Select the beneficiary, enter the transaction details and click on 'Transfer'
• Verify the details entered and complete the transfer by entering transaction password and OTP
• Tap on submit to complete the transaction

• You can transfer fund to any other bank account via NEFT or RTGS
• Register the account to which you want to transfer as 'Outside Deutsche Bank' beneficiary
• Login into the 'MyBank India' app
• Tap on 'Transfers' icon
• Tap on 'Outside Deutsche Bank' and select NEFT / RTGS
• Enter the details, select beneficiary and tap on 'Transfer'
• Verify the details entered and enter transaction password
• Tap on submit to complete the transaction

Favorites are easy and quick option to complete your funds transfer.You can save your frequently used transactions as Favorite once and use it subsequently for completing the transaction.

• After completion of the transactions, you will get an option "Add to Favorite" in your confirmation page
• Enter Favorite name
• Tap on OK
• This option is available only for Third Party account transfer and non Deutsche Bank (NEFT and RTGS) transfer

• Go to transaction initiation page
• Select your favorite under 'Choose from favorites'

You can schedule a transfer by selecting the transfer type as 'Pay Later'. You can schedule one time transfer or setup recurring transfer.

Yes, you need to register beneficiary for transferring funds to within Deutsche Bank account.

• You can register outside bank beneficiary with IFSC code
• Select IFSC code option and enter 11 digit IFSC code
• App will validate the IFSC code entered and display details accordingly
• You can register outside bank beneficiary basis bank name and city
• Enter beneficiary bank name, city name and tap on search
  

Yes you can view beneficiaries registered in db OnlineBanking. Similarly you can also view beneficiaries registered through mobile app in db OnlineBanking as well.

Beneficiary limit is the maximum fund transfer allowed to a beneficiary

YES. It is applicable.

You can transfer only up to Rs. 50,000 till the cooling period which is 2 hours from the time of addition of beneficiary.

Registered beneficiary list can be viewed under Login >> Tap on Transfers >> Beneficiary List.

Yes, you can stop the recurring transfers which are in active status.

• You can verify whether transaction is stopped or not in transfer history, the scheduled transaction will be marked with the status as cancelled
• For recurring transaction, tap on view details link >> Tap on view stopped transaction, stopped transaction will be displayed
  

You can register the biller as below:

• Login to the app
• Tap on Payments
• Tap on Register biller
• Search biller by entering biller name (atleast 3 characters required to search the biller) or city or category
• Select the biller and enter the biller details
• Tap on register
  

There are two payment options available for the bill payment facility:

• View and Pay: In View and Pay you can view your bills before you make payments. Simply register your biller details and wait for your bill to appear online. Please note that since the bill is presented, the biller normally does not accept part payments and late payments. The payment can be made only when the bill is generated and presented to you.
• Pay at Once: Pay at Once is the simplest method of paying your bills. You can make a payment instantly based on the physical bill. All you have to do is provide the desired biller details and enter the amount you wish to pay. As your payments are not linked to any bill, you can choose to pay any amount and not necessarily the exact amount mentioned in your bill. All you need to do is register the biller and start making payments immediately afterwards.
  

• You can see the presented bill in pending payments
• Please perform following step to view the presented bills
• Login >> Tap on Bill payments >> Tap on pending payments >> View presentment bill section

Yes you can enable the auto pay feature for View and Pay type of billers.

• You have two modes of making payments according to your convenience - Pay Now or Pay Later
• Pay Now allows you to debit your account instantly. The payment is sent to the biller the next working day
• Pay Later allows you to set payment instructions for a future date. Please note that AutoPay instructions schedule the payment of your bill on the due date of the bill. At any point in time, before the due date, you can prepone that payment or convert the scheduled payment to an instant payment
• It takes about 2-3 days for your payments to reflect in the biller’s account. We request you to make / schedule payments accordingly
