If your mobile number is not updated, please update it:
— by calling us on our 24/7 customer service number on 1860 266 6601# or
— by mailing your ‘customer ID’ and ‘new mobile number’ to customer.care@db.com from your registered email ID.
— You can also update it by logging in to db OnlineBanking.
Please note :
SMS Banking Service is not available for NRI and customers with same mobile number registered against more than one customer ID.
