Only Class 3 DSC will be accepted. If your existing DSC is not Class 3 you will need to purchase a new one.

Customer having a DSC needs to register same in db OnlineBanking which will be reviewed and on approval, customer will get an alert. Post registration confirmation, customer can use DSC for login and transaction authorization.

• Visit to: e-mudhra.com
• There is an option to revoke the certificate
• Need to input the DSC details and Certificate serial Number with DOB of Customer
• Select the reason (Dropdown) for revoking and enter the CAPTCHA
• Click on Validate
• Pop-up stating confirmation message (Revoked successfully)
• Unique Ref no. will be generated and send to customer registered Email id and mobile number
• Then need to enter unique referencer in given column and click on revoke option

After this the certificate will be revoked permanently.

If the customer wants to use the new DSC, then it needs to be registered with the OnlineBanking.

On successful approval of your DSC registration, you will receive a SMS / Email on your registered mobile / email address. Alternatively, you can also check the status using the option 'Query on Requests' under Service Request.
