With home loans you benefit when you transfer your home loan from one bank to another. If you are paying a higher interest rate on your existing home loan, you have the option of transferring the outstanding balance of the existing loan to Deutsche Bank at the current interest rates.

Why should you pay interest on the amount you have already repaid? With your home loan, interest is calculated only on the outstanding loan amount, which reduces every time you pay off your EMIs or make any pre-payments. This lowers your effective interest amount significantly.

Both salaried and self-employed professionals can apply for a home loan. The loan amounts are decided on the basis of repayment capacity and other factors like income, age, qualifications, number of dependents, assets, liabilities, savings history, stability and continuity of occupation.

You can choose a repayment plan which is comfortable for you.  Our loan tenure options range from 5 years to 20 years.

Clients can exercise the below available options during the tenor of the loan. Further details are available in our Schedule of Charges.

• Any change in benchmark rate results in a change in your EMI amount, Tenor or both. If you wish to modify your EMI or residual tenor or a combination of both options other than as communicated to you, kindly contact us within 7 days of receipt of repricing intimation. This would be subject to our internal policies and checks.
  
• You have an option of shifting your loan from floating to fixed rate of interest subject to our internal policies and checks. Switch / repricing fee applicable as per Schedule of Charges.
• You may also partly or fully repay the loan. Please refer our Schedule of Charges published on www.deutschebank.co.in.

• The Bank shall release all the original movable / immovable property documents and remove charges registered with any registry within a period of 30 days after full repayment/ settlement of the loan account.
  
• The borrower has the option of collecting the original property documents either from the branch where the loan account was availed or any other branch of the Bank where the documents are to be made available, as per her / his preference. The borrower may indicate to the bank in case she / he wishes to collect the documents from any other Deutsche Bank branch, at the time of making payment towards closure of the loan.
